3. Pillar 2 — Call for Project Concepts: Enhancing Climate-Smart, Gender-Responsive Public Governance in the Caribbean |
This call targets regulatory and institutional capacity bottlenecks that affect businesses' ability to become more competitive, climate-smart and inclusive. Projects must focus on policy formulation/reform, institutional strengthening and capacity-building that promotes climate adaptation, mitigation and/or resilience — while integrating gender equity, diversity and social inclusion. Selected projects receive support to develop a full Technical Cooperation Proposal, plus a non-reimbursable grant of up to US$200,000 for implementation. |
