Empowering Trinidad & Tobago's Creative Entrepreneurs!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of CreativeFront Trinidad & Tobago, an innovative program designed to empower and accelerate the growth of creative businesses. This initiative, implemented by the (CARIRI), is a significant step towards building a more resilient and profitable creative ecosystem in the region.

Compete Caribbean+ in partnership with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Ministry of Culture and Community Development, Compete Caribbean is proud to support this 5-week intensive workshop and mentorship program. Fifty creative firms across music, fashion, film, and more will gain critical business skills in intellectual property, strategic planning, marketing, and finance.

As noted by the IDB's Alison Cathles, "creative firms that had digitized or were innovative were more likely to survive crises like the COVID-19 pandemic." CreativeFront directly addresses this by equipping entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge to thrive in a digital world.

We look forward to seeing the incredible impact these creative entrepreneurs will have on the industry and the wider economy. The journey from artist to enterprise is a challenging one, but with the right support, the possibilities are limitless.
