Empowering Trinidad & Tobago's Creative Entrepreneurs! |
We are thrilled to announce the launch of CreativeFront Trinidad & Tobago, an innovative program designed to empower and accelerate the growth of creative businesses. This initiative, implemented by the (CARIRI), is a significant step towards building a more resilient and profitable creative ecosystem in the region. |
Compete Caribbean+ in partnership with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Ministry of Culture and Community Development, Compete Caribbean is proud to support this 5-week intensive workshop and mentorship program. Fifty creative firms across music, fashion, film, and more will gain critical business skills in intellectual property, strategic planning, marketing, and finance. |
As noted by the IDB's Alison Cathles, "creative firms that had digitized or were innovative were more likely to survive crises like the COVID-19 pandemic." CreativeFront directly addresses this by equipping entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge to thrive in a digital world. |
We look forward to seeing the incredible impact these creative entrepreneurs will have on the industry and the wider economy. The journey from artist to enterprise is a challenging one, but with the right support, the possibilities are limitless. |
