Map command, values includes a comma

Hi,

I'm having a use case where I have to map values "0000000,000" to "0", but map command interprets the -fv "0000000,000" as to search for two strings separated ("00000000" and "000").

How can I use the map command to use a string with a comma? I tried scaping it "0000000\,000" without luck.
