default output float format (in eval command) and default smq option

first : THANK YOU for doing this great software....

I have 2 question about csvfix :

1) is it possible to modify the float format when using the eval command ? output float number are round to 4 numbers by default... 

2) is it possible to define the -smq option by default, avoiding repeating on each command line ?

1) The round() function may (or may not) do what you want.
