Getting started manipulating CSV with csvfix

I an totally new to csvfix, I wanted to split a very large (5GB) CSV file with then I learnt of this project. Now I have gone through the commands and I kinda understand how to do this.

My question is after installing csvfix on windows how do I start using it? I opened my CMD and typed

csvfix help

to see is it works and I got the normal 'csvfix' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

How do I get started with csvfix?

You need to add the directory containing the CSVfix executable to your PATH environment variable.  I do not provide support for questions about setting up your operating system or environment.
