Maury Microwave Corporation has made available an opportunity for a tour at their facilities in Ontario.
They manufacture RF and Microwave components. I'ts a small manufacture and the tour will go from the raw materials through the machine shop, inspection assembly, testing, engineering and the final product.

The tour would be available Friday May 9th from 10AM to 12PM. The facility is an estimated 26 minutes from the university. Here are the directions:

The maximum allowed students for the tour is 10, so if you are interested please let us know so we can make the proper arrangements and can determine carpools if anyone would need such a service.

They have a few safety protocols considering the materials and the production methods they use.

First is no cell phones and no cameras, secondly no open footwear, third long pants only and no tank tops, this is for safety and security reasons. We will provide you with safety goggles.
