Hello Everyone,

This quarter our meetings will be on Wednesdays from 1:30 to 3:30pm, and the first meeting will be tomorrow.

Our goal this quarter will be to continue the development of our robots and have it solve our new small physical maze.  The Micromouse competition is coming soon, and we will be ready to compete at the end of this quarter!

I hope to see everyone there!

Thanks,
Garrett Albers

Garrett,

Unfortunately, CSE 408 is from 1:15 to 4:00 on Wednesday. That cuts out at least Juan, Jasmyn, and myself.
I'll be there in spirit! I'd also love to attend the micro mouse competition to cheer you guys on.

Regards,
Dylan Allbee

I see the maze you guys made. It's well done! A a good starting point with the simplified configuration.

The robot we use now can fit right in each cell of the maze specified by IEEE micromouse competition, but cannot make U-turn due to the size of the robot. An algorithm for path search of the robot with the capability to turn left/right, move forward/backward but no U-turn needs to develop. I'll provide the team an algorithm (pseudo code) for your reference.

Is it possible to change the meeting time and accommodate the schedule of CSE408 so more club members can be included for meetings?

Cheers,
Haiyan Qiao
