Established in 1995, Valley Care Community Consortium (VCCC), is the
health and mental health planning collaborative for Los Angeles
County's Service Planning Area 2 (SPA 2), representing the 2 million
plus residents of the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. It is
