I happened to find your Group because I searched "SGI PEACE." We started
SGI-PEACE multi-lingual Mailing List (Google Group) in 2007.
http://groups.google.com/group/sgi-peace?hl=en
After the SGI-Viewers' Voice Bulletin or Hiroshima Soka Bulletin closed
Buddhists and our online communities are split into particles, so it was why
I started one in order to "reorganize online community." So far almost all
messages comes from civil activists such as Earth Charter, David Krieger,
Civicus, Hiroshima Peace Site. A few Japanese members like Ro_hito, citizen
scholar of Buddhism having Karagura Mailing List in JP, Soka UN Supporters'
Network (SUN) translating UN News into Japanese, or some others send messages.
Anyway, you and we are both concerned on succession of peace movement and
peace education, aren't we? Let us exchange activities and information as
concerned young people.
You are young students and have advantage in seeing daily. We are very much
apart, for I came from Gifu, Japan to Boston area to learn physical therapy
in February 24, 2009. I am asking each SGI country websites to join, but so
far no message except Canada and Boston Research Center for the 21st
Century, the latter we are waiting.
So far 88 members worldwide and progress is very slow, but we are proud of
contents which every archive is open.
Happy in finding your Group.
