Hi All,

Hope you had a great weekend and got to enjoy this (almost) warm(ish) weather. Here are some geospatial events happening this week-

Monday, March 11th, 4:00 - 4:50:  Max Cook (The Nature Conservancy) will be talking about Random Forest and R, Python, and how he's learned/used these languages. This is Beth Tulanowski's NR493 seminar, held in MSNR 243.


Monday, March 11th, 5:00 - 7:00pm: Mapathon at the Ramskeller. 


Wednesday, March 13th, 5:30 - 7:30pm: Geospatial Grad Students drop-in hours. Drop-in work session in the WCNR west lab to work on projects, troubleshoot issues with others


Friday, March 22nd, 8:30am - 3:00pm. The GIS in Higher Education Summit. An annual event to collaborate and compare notes about how geospatial technology is and should be taught in higher education in Colorado. Held at the Front Range Community College Longmont Campus.
