Who we are
We are a group of CSU graduate students who apply geospatial approaches in our research. We work across a range of fields including ecology, anthropology, geography, natural resources, and the urban environment. Our interests are wide-ranging and include GIS, remote sensing, LiDAR, spatial analysis, scripting (R, Python, etc.), machine learning, data management, and more.
What we do
● Host drop-in work sessions to troubleshoot geospatial project challenges
● Invite speakers to present on topics related to group interests
● Inform group members about geospatial events on campus through our group listserv
● Foster a community of geospatial graduate students through social activities
