cstore_fdw v1.6.1 (silent release)

Hi cstore users;

we have just released v1.6.1.

It is a patch release for few issues, most important of which is that "cstore_fdw may cause backend crash during truncate command".

You can get cstore_fdw 1.6.1 sources from https://github.com/citusdata/cstore_fdw/releases/tag/v1.6.1

cstore_fdw v2 work is somewhat slowed down but still ongoing. Streaming replication support is already merged to develop branch some time back.  

Pending items are

- better transaction support

- upgrade from cstore_fdw 1.x to 2.x

Hi Murat, thanks a lot for developing nice product. We are now trying to make a decision to introduce cstore_fdw in our system. Two small questions, probably asked hundreds of times already:
* when the release of 2 will be? I saw june/july but wanna ask if nothing changed

* will it have a migration script from version 1.6 to version 2.0? If so, we can start doing things on version 1.6 and then switch to 2.0 when it is released.
