Greetings From Alo Communications LTD.

This is to inform you that yesterday, between 5:15 PM and 5:45 PM, our PON-TJ fiber was cut and stolen at Gulshan-1, Road No. 113/116 Crossing. This unfortunate act has caused a down on the Alo Communications PON-3 backbone, affecting our service.

It appears that certain individuals or establishments may be intentionally attempting to damage Alo Communications’ client service reputation for their own interests.

This kind of incident has severely impacted our customer support and service quality. We kindly request you to take necessary action and preventive measures from your side to avoid such occurrences in the future.
