This pathway leads educators of all abilities in teaching the Computer Science and AI Foundations curriculum, which consists of six units that provide students with both foundational knowledge and hands-on experience. Each unit focuses on core computer science topics, blending computational thinking with real-world applications. AI Foundations is designed for high school students at any level of computer science experience. It is accessible to beginners with no prior programming knowledge, and it also provides opportunities for students with some background in computing to deepen their understanding of key topics.

Our workshop prepares teachers to teach the new curriculum. Teachers should plan to teach this course to their students as a semester or year-long course.

During the school year, ongoing support will be provided through scheduled "office hours" hosted by the facilitators.

Units include: Problem Solving with AI, Foundations of AI Programming, AI and the Systems that Power it, The Fabric of the Internet and AI, Cybersecurity and Global Impacts, Insights from Data and AI.
