District CS Planning Workshop

Are you a district that wants to take the first steps building a computer science pathway, or grow your current computer science offerings for students? The District CS Planning Workshop is intended for groups of 3-5 attendees from districts hoping to increase computing education opportunities for students. Full workshop details can be found on the District Support portion of our webpage, under the 'District planning workshops' heading.


During the workshop:

  • Evaluate your district’s current CS related offerings and set goals for next steps

  • Survey staff and create a district ‘State of CS’ report to help guide planning efforts

  • Utilize research-backed frameworks for equitable and engaging computer science education

Dates: Tuesdays starting April 8th through May 13th, from 4pm-5pm

Location: Online via Zoom

Price: $3,000 per district team (up to 5 people)
