CS education - bill action needed

Hi all,

A quick legislative update: The governor has removed funding support from his revised budget (see here). This means that the House and Senate have now removed the financial support for the state CS supervisor and for grants from the education bills as well. 

We have folks who are planning to testify in person at education bill hearings this week, however, a grass roots campaign in support of CS education is also needed. 

Please take a few moments and contact your legislators in support of CS education. You can use this Voter Voice tool or reach out to them on your own. We are asking folks to have the CS Supervisor position and grants reinstated so that we do not lose any progress or momentum.
