Food Committee - Budget Proposal

Hi,

The expenses for the food and snacks will be shouldered by the Dean’s Office. We’ll get in touch with them regarding the details, but just to notify the RCC of the tentative budget, I’ve attached it here:

 Price per person:                            250.00

Estimated number of attendees:       80

Total:                                            20,000.00

 This is inclusive of the food, snacks, beverages, as well as the physical set-up (tables & chairs, etc). I’ll send more updates once I’ve contacted the Dean’s Office.

This is to announce that the members of the people Sub-Committee is having a meeting at the Department of Political Science on March 13, at 1 to 2.30 pm. Kindly just look for Wena and I at the department and we will proceed to the room where we are holding the meeting. Thanks.

 Purchase of Sablay: Php750
 Mineral Water :               30
 MIscellaneous:              120
 TOTAL                   PhP 900

Prof. Rowena Layador will fetch Dr. NEmenzo using her own car.

I forgot to include the token for the speaker in the budget I sent earlier. Here is the revised budget for our committee:

Regarding the budget for physical set-up,I think we made an agreement last mtg not to have a central projector with screen this year. Is that correct?

Second, I remember that putting up tents are also scrapped this year.

Likewise, do we still need additional chairs this year, considering that a lot of the theatre built-in chairs were not occupied last year?

As for the logo, can we not use the one we had last year?
