Tentative Budget: Souvenir Program

Dear Colleagues

Here is the tentative budget for the souvenir program. I based the number of pages from last year's souvprog and I pegged the estimate of attendees at 400, congruent with Sir Rej's estimate for the tickets. (NB: prices are estimates based on my experience dealing with the shops at the Shopping Center). Jerwin (if you're in this group) kindly comment whether this jives with last year's expenses.

Souvenire Program:

8.5 x 5.5 inches

20 pages (5 leaves) 

Cover Page (colored, glossy) PhP 14.00 X 400 = 5.600.00

Inside Pages (black and white) PhP   7.50 X 400 = 3,000.00

(7.50 per souvenir program. 5 leaves photocopied back to back. 0.75 centavos per page, hence 1.50 per leaf. 1.50 X 5 = 7.50)

Total     PhP 8,600.00

Can we make it 9,000 na lang? hehe.
