Recognition Souvenir Program Draft Cover

Dear Ma'am Joy and colleagues,

Please find attached what I came up with for the cover of the souvenir program. Pls comment 

I do hope we can have all the necessary materials to lay-out (Final write-up for the theme, program flow complete with students who will deliver the speeches, list of graduates complete with all the 'laudes,' and all other pertinent materials that the committee intends to include) by Friday? So I can show it by Sunday. Plano ko na po sana ipa-run ito sa printer by Monday (latest) and I need time to layout and proofread. At least 4 days is needed para sure na matapos ang repro at umabot sa 27th. So anyone willing to help (begging tone) please do not hesitate. I like to think I'm friendly as a person. :)

to the CSSP Student Council, pls also appoint someone/hundreds who can help (especially those who can lay-out using photoshop or MS publisher).

One important question lang po, kailangan ko po ba muna magpaluwal para sa printing and then reimbursement or may budget na pong available?
