| Hi,
Attached is the list given to me by the office of tess batangan. Indeed, we can have you bernard as the point person and as such we shall text the students your email address para di nakakalito. What is the deadline for submission that we shall give them?
Best,

Hi jean and bernard,
I just read the response of bernard. We can divide the task of informing them and indeed just one point person. But may I also suggest that the student also cc the rcc head or pop i.
We can meet on 18 April as suggested by Bernard.
Thanks,
Rowena

Hello Ma'am Jean,
We can divide the students po if that is fine with Ma'am Wena as well. :) How many students were forwarded to us po?
For your questions, here are what I think po:
1. I don't have my notes last meeting but as far as I remember, we decided to have it on the 15th of April.
2. I suggest that just like in the past, they submit their speeches via email so we can arrange them first before forwarding to the committee and the CEB if necessary. I suggest we assign one point person; thus one email address where all of the students will submit. This way, all submitted pieces can be collated easily. I am ok with doing this if you'll
be out by then. I can just have all the pieces printed out and produce copies for all RCC members who wish to join us in choosing the best piece. Ok rin naman po to submit the speeches to the the subcommittee member who called the student up. Tapos we just collate the speeches. Kayo po bahala whichever is your preference.
3. Since you'll be out po, I suggest that we meet on April 18, around 10 am to hear the speeches delivered before us. After which, we can decide as a committee whom we think bests the rest.
What do you think po? Thank you po for buying the Sablay. Ingat po kayo sa Laoag. :)

| Hi Bernard and Wena,
I have the list of the top students already. Would you like me to encode the list and email you the names and the numbers then we can divide among ourselves the number of students we will call? If this is okay with you, then here are my
questions:
1)When is the deadline for the speech? 2) Will they email it to us or shall they submit a hard copy? 3) When do we meet to select the top five?
I know that we are also working on our grades for the semester, hehe, but tell me how we can proceed from here. I already bought pala the sablay of Sir Dodong. I am still consulting people re: good wine.
Just a note pala Bernard, Wena and I will be in conference in Laoag from April 9 to April 14. I will stay until the 16th with my
kids. This means that we can only physically meet after these dates. So my suggestion is maybe we can ask them to email us first their drafts? Tell me what you think about this. I think the important thing right now is to ask them to write their speeches.
All the best,
Jean
