I'm going to update the model with the constantly and a time value so
we can integrate this model and get the full model once Aaron finishes.

You can make A=0.64, B=0.12, and b=0.109. Those values are for some
place in Australia but should have the model work fine as long as the
historical temps are read in, along with the daily high and low temp. I
just finished a large amount of my tests and work tonight so tomorrow I
should have this program with better logic for you guys. I found a book
in the library the might be able to help me. I shoot you an email
tomorrow after class as to whether I got it done. Thanks for the
patience, sorry I haven't been able to put much time into the programs
over the last couple of weeks.
