Please send an OK to Mark if there are no issues with your team's poster so they can be printed.  Sorry if you're getting multiple emails and continuous updates on this.  It's easier for me to keep everyone included.

Still waiting on images from John Ivanoff for Architecture.

I guess it’s just a mis-communication with the EE team.  I shouldn’t have relied on second hand information.  I will send the pdf versions now to Kevin at the ME print lab.

Does it have to be printed as .pdfs? That's going to take a while for me to export and get them to you because the files are so big.

The .jpgs are already at 300dpi and sized correctly, so they should be big.

As for the Civil posters, Brunell had already got them printed for a previous event, so they should have them somewhere.  As for what the EEs said, I have no idea.

That is what I wanted to clarify.  Your earlier email said both the Civil posters were already printed and talking with the EEs they said you were printing them all.

Can you re-export them as pdfs so that I can send them to the ME printer today.  I have already sent them a boatload yesterday and this morning for the walking tour and to have them by tomorrow at this late in the game might be tight.  I will follow up in person today once I send them.

Hi Mark,

I thought we spoke and that you were printing them on the Mech E printer.

All of the posters I have given links to in the latest email should be good to print. I was hoping to get final OKs from everyone, but not all have responded yet. I will get the Cs and Communications one done by this afternoon and I have yet to receive information for Biz Tech.

Sent via my Telegraph machine.

Zak,

Are you printing the posters for the teams?  Do you think that they will be done by tomorrow afternoon?  What are you waiting on for the completed posters?  Final sign off or did you just send them to the printer already.

I took a look at a couple of them and they look fantastic!!  You have outdone yourself yet again.

Mark

Here are the completed posters I have so far.  Please go over them to make sure they're what you want to be.  Let me know of any changes immediately and I will try to get to them as soon as possible.

NOTE: Both Civil Engineering posters have already been printed.

I am still working on CS, BizTech, and Communications.  Again, sorry for the delay--it's been a busy week for me.

Looks great.
A whole paragraph about security! He actually captured it fairly nice from what I suggested.
