At last, dear followers, the moment you have been saving up for in trembling anticipation: the tickets for the CSSH Hunt Ball are now on sale. Huzzah!
Shake out that Piggy Bank, empty that sock: for only £140 a ticket you can share the delights of what one Tatler photographer said was "the best party I've been to all year". Intelligent and attractive company, a delicious dinner, a kicking band and a stupendous venue go without saying. This year we have added further and surprising delights to your evening (plus dedicated transport to an after-party in a secret venue) without increasing the price of a ticket - oh,clever us!
Pre-booking of dinner tables has been fast and furious leaving only five left. DO NOT DELAY! Go straight to our website: www.csshhq.org.uk/3rd_ball.html where you can book and pay for a table of 10 online (or by cheque or bank transfer). If your party will be less than 10, we can help, just follow the instructions on the downloadable ball application. Dress code, as ever: hunt colours, white tie (ball gowns) and banned quarry.
For those unfortunates who miss out on dining tickets or have to feed their ferrets or wash their hair that evening, we have for the first time ever a PONY CLUB DISCO on the same night. Tickets are only £45 per person and allow entry to the Banqueting House at 9 pm: dress code of Foxy Black Tie. You will be provided with some Pony-Club-style eats & drinks and access to the funfair downstairs. At 10.30 pm the 2 parties will merge to form a whirling tornado of fun, fun, fun!
So drop the knitting, throw your sister off the phone or computer and get ready for the party of the year. Be There or Be Blair!
