Hello everybody,

Just read the CSSDOC-Draft yesterday. I was surprised to see that
@author is only allowed in a file-comment. This does not make sense.
It should be possible to specify an author for a section, subsection
and even subsubsection. I like to hear your opinion on that.

I agree, CSS isn't always split up into nice little file fragments like code in other languages.

And why not to allow @author everywhere? For example: I'm using some trick (one rule, not a section) and want to indicate its author.
