Dear Team;

Kindly, receive the report (proceedings) for the Quarterly Supply Chain Experience Sharing Meeting Report that was conducted in Mwanza at Adden Palace Hotel on 04^th – 05^th June, 2018 for your references.

The agreed action plans though they are also part of this report; I am sharing them again for your follow up and close implementation.

I have attached the excel sheet with the tracer commodities for pharmacy and laboratory with additional columns as proposed during the meeting. Kindly pass through it and if you have any comment, let us share before the next meeting.
