Action Plan for Supply Chain Meeting - Mwanza; June, 2018

Dear Team;

Kindly, receive the Action Plans for the meeting with conducted in Mwanza on 04^th – 05^th June, 2018.

Each one involved in the action plan should work on them and update the document whenever you implement the agreed resolution for smooth documentation and tracking at your area of work (LMU, MSD, AGPAHI, RHMT, and CHMTs).

I have attached also the excel sheet for tracer items for pharmacy and laboratory commodities as agreed to update the tool to capture more details.

The full report for the meeting will be shared soon for your references. Thanks for those who participated, indeed it was the fruitful meeting.
