Kindly, receive the action plans as per the meeting we just winded up today.

 

The action item No. 3 requires Lab I/C and DLT;

·         It needs urgent action; so please liaise with your facilities with clients missing HVL results, then act accordingly as per the advice from BMC (HVL Focal Person). We do think, we can assist to obtain some of the results out of the exercise.
