Kindly, this is the reminder on the above subject regarding submission of test kits monthly monitoring reports as agreed during the supply chain meetings conducted in March, 2017 in your region.

It came to our attention; most of the councils haven’t shared their reports making it absolutely difficult to analyze the reports and provide the feedback.

Kindly, assist to get this information….
