Supply Chain Meeting for Mwanza Region; 04th - 05th June, 2018

Dear Wadau in Mwanza,

 

Kindly, be informed that we will be having our supply chain meeting on 04^th – 05^th June, 2018; hoping most of you have received the invitation letter from the RMOs office through RPharm.

 

This time; before proceeding with the presentations; all councils and invited hospitals have to present on the implementation status of the action items (here attached) for the meeting we did in Dec, 2017.

 

I think to date, everyone knows what to present but this time our focus will be on Jan – March, 2018 Performances..

• Order fill Rates for ARVs & Lab Commodities (Refer the excel template with Tracer Commodities)
• Pharmacy Module Database & e-LMIS implementation

-          Total number of facilities producing R&R from the Pharmacy Database

-          Total number of facilities increased on e-LMIS implementation through OJT and Training

• Supportive Supervision and mentorship coverage (CTC & PMTCT)

-          Critical findings and recommendations

• Number of medicines audit conducted by CHMTs

-          Critical findings and recommendations

• Lab staff to  present details from laboratory form; on EQA part (Refer the recent Round) indicating number of sample received, number of facility responded and facility not responded ) what has been done to non-responding facilities.
• HVL Performances; Targets Vs Current Performance (Sample Collected, Results Returned, samples with >1,000 copies, EAC conducted and Rejected samples)
• Achievements
• Best Practices
