Dear Team,

Please find attached resource documents as per subject above. As we all know, the available Paediatric RH and RHZ currently at council/facility level expires this Feb but also NTLP has adopted WHO recommendations on provision of child friendly FDCs in the management of TB in country.
We already have the recommended double strengths of RH & RHZ at the zone and started distributing the same to councils.
Please liase with DTLC/RTLCs for proper distribution and guidance on rational use of the FDCs.
Has there be any challenge, let them communicate with the Program for more information.
As collegues, find better to share these resource documents for better understanding of the changes.

Regards,
Swald.

Dear Team,

Please find attached CIRCULAR as released by PORALG/NTLP for the same. We have managed to process your demand using the old formulations hence used option 1 of the circular except MUSOMA MC & DC, who have to submit Emergency order because specific reasons in their Feb ordes.

Dig more information from your Coordinators pertaining orientation and timing of distribution to lower level facilities. Note that the items are already in e-LMIS under mentioned part numbers in attached circular.

Regards,
Swald.
