In the attached docs;
· Template Format for Presentation
· HVL Targets as Revised for the councils
· Commodity Status – For Tracer Commodities (ARVs & Laboratory) – let us use the R&R submitted in June for March – May, 2018 for checking of Order Fill Rates (OFR).
· Action Plans for the Previous Meeting we conducted on 04th – 05th June, 2018
The meeting has been planned on 06th – 07th August, 2018

For those who are saying, they haven’t received the format because they are not in the WhatsApp group; I would advise wasome docs na email vizuri.
Format na kila kitu nimetuma hapa kwenye email; kwenye WhatsApp, nimetuma tu notification ya kikao kwa ajili ya maandalizi.
