Hey Ladies.

Just a quick message to let you know that we arrived in Darjeeling last night and we are fine. We made it through vipassana and were pretty shaken by the news about mumbai. We checked with friends over there and it sounds like things are finally starting to quiet down and they are all fine. One hopes that such a tragic thing would not happen anywhere in the world and to be so close to it makes you realize the impact on so many lives. We are sending thoughts of love and healing to mumbai. Hope you are all well. We will be sending another update soon.
