The MIT-China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum (MIT-CHIEF) is an annual conference and high-profile platform for intellectual exchange, to foster deeper and broader collaborations between China and the United States in technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. The conference aims to bring together high-impact Keynote Speeches, Panel Discussions, a Business Plan Contest, and a Technology Exhibition geared toward hot topics in the development of entrepreneurship in China and the United States.
We have successfully held three annual conferences. Each year, there were over 600 attendees, 40 speakers, and hundreds of business plan submissions globally. MIT-CHIEF has been described as “an important milestone in MIT’s engagement with China” by Professor Victor Zue, one of our faculty advisors at MIT. MIT-CHIEF has also been featured in numerous media publications, including MIT Technology Review, China Daily, Sina, Tencent, and the World Journal.
