Starting Scratch this week

Hello all,
I am going to start scratch with 5th and 7th graders this week, and
will start 6th and high school in a few weeks. Has anyone started
yet? How'd it go?

I just finished my unit with my first group of 8th graders. It went pretty well. Like anything you teach, the first time is pretty rough. The kids took to it right away. Some created some great games in a short period of time. I'm starting my second group of 8th graders on Scratch tomorrow. I hope it goes smoother and more kids get it.
