CSS4J 3.8.0
New css4j version 3.8.0 is available from the usual places:

It brings support for new CSS features and a few bug fixes.
CSS4J-DOM4J 3.8.0
This new css4j-dom4j version is available from:
Embedded <style> elements from any namespace are now used to compute styles, which is consistent with what modern web browsers do. If you prefer to keep the older behaviour, you do not need to upgrade css4j-dom4j; no other functional changes were made.
