[ANNOUNCEMENT] CSS4J 1.0.0

The first formal release of the library, 1.0.0, is available from two download sites:

1. https://github.com/css4j/css4j-dist/releases/download/css4j-1.0.0/css4j-1.0.0.zip
2. https://sourceforge.net/projects/carte/files/css4j/1.0/

The individual jar files are also available from the relevant repositories, like

  https://github.com/css4j/css4j/releases/download/css4j-1.0.0/css4j-1.0.0.jar

and also as 'packages' (see https://github.com/orgs/css4j/packages ). If you configure Github as your repository for Maven, the main jar files should be available from it (Github packages are in beta and I haven't tested it).

Any issue with the release should be reported either at Github or here in this Google Group.
