[ANNOUNCEMENT] CSS4J 4.0.1, Xml-dtd 4.2

Tokenproducer 2.0.1 is source-level backwards-compatible, but unfortunately not at runtime level. Once I released it, I decided to release new versions of the two libraries that directly depend on it: css4j 4.0.1 and xml-dtd 4.2.

css4j 4.0.1 is almost the same as 4.0, and xml-dtd 4.2 is exactly the same as 4.1.1. The main difference is that both were compiled against Tokenproducer 2.0.1 instead of 1.x.

You can skip both upgrades if you want, but if you upgrade to css4j 4.0.1 you must upgrade to xml-dtd 4.2 (and vice-versa).
