Hey All,

As requested in https://github.com/stubbornella/csslint/issues/31 I’d
like to discuss verifying from a URL.

As Nicole mentions this is a lot of work to do server-side. So how
would we do it browser-side? It should be possible to make a browser
extension that does this, but a bookmarklet to trigger on the page you
want to test would probably be faster to make. Are there any technical
restrictions that’d stop this?

Also, I still think linting via URL for the locally hosted version (no
server/bandwidth concerns for csslint.net) would be a great feature.

Finally, I just assumed that this was happening like the W3
validators, so you might want to add a note to the effect that it’s
all client-side and csslint.net never sees your code ;)
