Ant --> Grunt

Hi Guys,

We have a pull request to move us from Ant to Grunt, that I'm pretty excited about because I'd really like to lower the barrier to people contributing to the project. I've gotten a lot of feedback that people found setting up java to be the least pleasant part of getting started with what is otherwise a fairly straight forward environment.

I realize this is a major change, so I wanted to give you some time to give feedback. What do you think? Can you give it a test run and see how it feels to set things up now? Would new contributors be likely to find the process easier/harder?

The Grunt change has landed! :) 

I wanted to let everyone know that Ant is still in place, but it will be removed for the next version, that should give anyone with Ant dependencies a chance to switch over.
