Timeline:

"Captain Wimbledon, could you meet me in my Ready Room in the next 5 minutes." Commander Dez called the MACO Captain from the bridge.

Wimblie heard the call, while he was working out, unfortunately. He taps his compin in his pocket. "On my way," he says, and sets down the weights, heading directly to the office. Moments later, he rings the chime to the ready room.

"Enter." The XO called out.

Wimbledon entered the office, and the first thing he does when he enters anything is take a glance around, not necessarily for target information, though. He seems to find the set-up like any other ready room, and with nothing really to study, he approaches the desk. "MACO Captain Jack Wimbledon reporting as ordered, ma'am," he states.

"Glad you could make it on such short notice. At ease, Captain." Melanie said as she stood to her full 5' 11" height. "The General and I have an assignment for you. You are being assigned as escort for a guest we are having on board. The guest is one of the Nali delegation." She handed him a PADD with details of access restrictions for this visitor. "The purpose of this delegate being on board is to settle the Nali's nerves and to show them we are doing everything in our power to find the mirror counterparts that have committed crimes against them."

Wimbledon smiles, "Pleasure ma'am...I try not to keep the seniors waiting." He had to look only down a little to make eye contact, though it might have not been completely noticeable. He stood at attention as he came to the front of the desk. There was only a brief pause as the Commander continued. Wimbledon nodded, and took the PADD. He glanced it over, "Sounds typical...not expecting any trouble are we?"

"That is exactly why you were tasked with this escort, so that there won't be any trouble. The General has great confidence that you are the right individual for this job." Melanie responded. "We will be meeting in transporter room 1 at 1600 to greet the delegate. Standard uniform is fine. Any other questions?"

Wimbledon nodeed, "Sounds good ma'am...won't let you down." He states and smiles. He nods as he takes notes mentally of the meeting time.

"I know you won't Captain, dismissed." Melanie replied.
