I have just uploaded this piece of work done by the Lancashire PCP
Coordinators and leads - we were thinking about how to get more PCP
Facilitators, and as part of this, we thought about what a PCP
Facilitator actually does, what their roles and responsiblities are,
particularly their core duties, where they can use judgement and
creativity, and what is not their job.

I have posted it on the www.csrpcp.net website, and in this discussion
group's files. I would be really interested in hearing from
facilitators in particular about how much they feel this gives a fair
picture of what they do.
