It seems a simple, logical and organic way of enabling teams to use
person centred thinking tools to build one page profiles, grow them
into living descriptions, and make changes as they go along.
There are some great examples of One Page Profiles on Helen
Sanderson's website.
I'd be very interested in people's impressions of this approach, which
could really open up Person Centred Planning to a lot more people,
making it easier and more accessible and also lead to change more
quickly.
