Achievement Tool

I've posted up an early draft of a new person centred thinking tool I
am working on - I think it could be a really powerful way of gathering
a lot of useful person-centred information, as well as helping the
person focus on their achievements, gifts and skills.

It's still in development, and I need lots of feedback about what
works about the tool, and what doesn't work about it.
