Experience:
Minimum 5 years in Human Resource Management / HR Leadership roles

Job Responsibilities:
Lead HR strategy aligned with business goals across global locations
Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition for senior and niche roles
Oversee HR operations, workforce planning, onboarding, and employee life cycle
Implement policies on performance management, HR compliance, and employee engagement
Manage Compensation & Benefits frameworks, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
Resolve employee relations issues and maintain a positive workplace culture
Develop and implement Learning & Development programs
Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
Collaborate with leadership teams on organizational development and change management
Ensure HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
Lead, mentor, and manage HR teams to achieve organizational excellence
