We are looking for an Admin Executive for the Ahmedabad location. Salary:- (*Depends on your current CTC & on your experience*) Location : Ahmedabad Job Responsibilities:- • Manage corporate and regional office facilities: office space planning, housekeeping, utilities, maintenance, and lease management. • Oversee security at all offices and project sites: security vendor management, visitor management, and access control systems. • Manage utility management: power, water, HVAC, and DG set maintenance at all facilities. • Coordinate conveyance and company transport: vehicle allocation, cab vendor management, and travel desk operations. • Manage office supplies, stationery, and consumables: procurement through approved channels with cost control. • Handle courier and delivery management: inbound and outbound courier tracking and costs. • Manage petty cash at the corporate office: disbursement, reconciliation, and replenishment. • Coordinate event management: internal events, leadership offsites, client visits, and Board meeting hospitality. • Manage SIM cards and corporate mobile plans: allocation, usage monitoring, and cost optimisation. • Oversee reception and front desk operations: visitor experience, call management, and office access protocols. • Handle corporate travel management: policy, bookings, expense management.
