🚨 We Are Hiring | HR Executive Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad Working Days: 6 Days a Week Position: HR Executive / HR Generalist We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive / HR Generalist with experience in handling HR operations and compliance in a manufacturing or plant environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end HR Generalist activities * Handle payroll processing and statutory compliance * Support and coordinate employee appraisal processes * Plan and organize training and development programs * Manage plant HR operations and employee relations * Maintain HR documentation and employee records * Support recruitment and onboarding activities * Ensure smooth HR operations and HR policy implementation 🔹 Requirements * Education: MBA / BMS in HR or related field * Experience: 3+ years in HR Operations or HR Generalist role * Experience in manufacturing / plant HR will be an advantage * Good knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR processes * Strong communication and coordination skills 📍 Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad 📩 Interested?
