• Contract Drafting & Review
• Corporate & Transactional Support
• Regulatory & Compliance
• Corporate Governance
• Commercial & Negotiation Support
• Strong command of Indian corporate and contract law.
• Familiarity with SEBI, RBI, FEMA frameworks.
• Understanding of tax structuring concepts at an advisory level.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple transactions and work independently.
