Key Responsibilities:-
🔹 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Hire staff across production, quality, sales, and support functions.
🔹 Training & Development – Design skill enhancement programs, food safety training, and compliance workshops.
🔹 Performance Management – Implement KPIs, appraisals, and career development plans.
🔹 Payroll & Attendance Management – Oversee salary, leave management, and timekeeping systems.
🔹 Statutory Compliance – Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory laws, FSSAI regulations, and safety standards.
🔹 Employee Engagement – Drive retention, motivation, and welfare initiatives.
🔹 Policy Implementation – Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with food industry standards.
🔹 Health, Safety & Hygiene – Support workplace safety and food hygiene culture.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance in the food industry
· Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
· Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and HRMS systems
· Ability to manage multi-location plants/units
· Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
