Company can cater all the General products like, Cardiac; Diabetic; Central Nervous System; Gastrointestinal; Pain Management; Anti-Infective and other Supplement Category. Job Profile	Managing HR & Administration activities for upcoming EU-GMP standard pharmaceutical formulations manufacturing. Designing & preparing different types of Policies related to HR department. Managing Recruitment, Induction, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal etc. Managing Employee Engagement activities. Managing HRIS, HR analysis & report. Statutory Compliances. Supporting to administration activities: Travel Desk, Transportation, Security, Housekeeping, Greetings Clients & Visitors, Vendor Negotiation.
Position based at	STIVAPH Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. PF-01, Sanand GIDC Industrial Estate-II, Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat-382170
Desired Profile	Candidate should be *MBA (HR) / MHRM / MHRD / MPA / PGDHRM* with 5 to 8 yrs in HR from Pharma domain. Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business and financial objectives. Exposure from Pharma would be added advantage. Candidate completed schooling from English medium would be first choice. Should have excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English. Candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook etc. Good organizational skills required. Demonstrable ability to work independently.
