Our client, a leading Casting Manufacturing & Export Company with multiple plants in Rajkot, Gujarat, is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join their HR team.

Position: Recruiter
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Workdays: 6 days (Wednesday weekly off)

Time: 9am to 7pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to final selection.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, administer tests (if required), and evaluate candidates.
  
• Negotiate offers, onboard selected candidates, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and documentation.
  
• Support HR team in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with specialization in HR (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering recruitment will be an added advantage.
  
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
  
• Tech-savvy with hands-on knowledge of MS Office and job portals.
